Data Management involves the process of collecting, storing, organizing, and maintaining data. It ensures that data is accurate, accessible, and secure. The goal is to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and comply with regulations by effectively handling data throughout its lifecycle. Primary skillsets often include Data Engineering with AWS. As a Celonis Associate Delivery Lead, you work with the ERP technical teams to lead the delivery of process mining engagements. Your role will be to bring in best practices for the design of the architecture to integrate Celonis with Source systems like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Data Lake/Others and define the ETL strategies and pipeline. You will lead the team to design the Data pools architecture in Celonis, create complex data models, bringing in best practices and optimizations.
What are we looking for? • Process Mining/ Data Analytics/ Data Mining/Data Warehousing/Data Scientist/ Data Engineering – Celonis/Signavio • Expertise in Data Architecture design, and Data Strategy • Solutioning and delivery experience with various data technologies and tools such as relational databases, data warehouses, big data platforms, cloud-based data solutions, data integration and data visualization tools • Deep understanding of Process Mining tools including Celonis/Signavio • Experience of Pre-sales, Sales, RFP responses • Experience in Data Modeling, SQL • Supply chain & finance process knowledge • Strong presentation and communication skills • Min 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Mining and Process Mining with good knowledge on various tools available in the market for Process Mining • Strong background in Data Architecture, Integrations patterns, and Development background in data related languages (SQL, Python...) • Strong technical background with a focus on system integrations, data operations and automation capabilities • Strong understanding of cloud native architectures, SaaS solutions, cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems and legacy on-premises enterprise architectures • Process Mining tools – UiPath/QPR • Experienced in leading long term complex process mining engagements • Data visualization experience Power BI/Tableau • Functional knowledge of any other area like Banking, Insurance, etc • Good understanding & experience in creation of various KPIs used in the processes like Supply chain Procurement, Banking & insurance • Multi-geo service delivery experience across both horizontal and vertical business processes • Major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, RPA Platforms, and/or AI-based solutions Experience working with complex ERP environments • Deep Knowledge in at least one of the industries from Comms & High Tech, Financial Services, Consumer Goods / Retail etc • Hand-on experience on Process Mining (Celonis) and Automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is an advantage • Experience in Digital Technologies – Cloud, AI & ML is an advantage • Expert in requirements and gap analysis, business process design and business analysis • Expertise in Stakeholder Management and Collaboration, Risk Management • Expertise in Program Management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and core consulting skills (ppt, excels) are a must. • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and define the overall architecture, data and Celonis implementation strategy for our largest clients • Creation of technical designs and presentations for internal and client stakeholders • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the organization’s data solutions, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating how the solutions can address specific business problems • Collaborate with the capability experts to plan and architect the overall delivery architecture and capabilities to support the service offerings
