We are looking for a Digital and Socially focused Senior Account Manager to come into our team, you would be joining to work on two major brands, within the drinks portfolio. 

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who can lead client relationship and continue to deliver whilst opening up new paths for improvement and incremental projects. We need some who knows digital and in particular Social and who has a passion for delivering great work within it. Responsibilities include day-to-day client management, global social content development and strategic oversight for both accounts, working alongside a team of a Strategy Lead, Creative Director and a Social Media Manager. 

What you'll be doing; 

  • Working to deliver campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Web. 
  • Leading the creation of the right casting and process for different projects, always starting with ‘What do we need to do to get to the best possible work?’
  • Building client relationships to ensure best outcomes for both agency and client, creating mutual respect and trust so when necessary they can have the tough conversations about timings, budgets etc.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of client business strategy and marketing model, and the communications necessary to deliver against them
  • Identify and creates opportunities for client and agency growth
  • Act as the hub of the internal agency team to ensure everyone is aligned on our direction and we work together to achieve great outputs for the client.
  • Maintain a significant commercial understanding of the brand and category as well as leading resource planning at project level – allocating resource, giving entire team visibility and leading by example
