Digital Content Executive, Amazon Europe - (Shark)

Leeds / Hybrid (3 days in Thorpe Park office)

12 Month FTC 

 

Some of the things you will be doing:

The Amazon Marketing Team within SharkNinja drives our products through the Amazon platforms across Europe whether that’s set up, content, optimisation, creative positioning through to driving demand and awareness for our products.  We strive to achieve best in class content in order to deliver the best customer experience of our products when shopping on the Amazon platforms.  

 

The Amazon Digital Merchandise Executive will support the European Amazon team with delivering new products to market and support the optimisation of legacy products in market. 

 

  • Manage the set up for products on Amazon to include product information, imagery, optimised copy, A+ premium content and videos
  • Consistently making data driven updates and reviewing content to ensure best in class executions across all product lines
  • Work closely with cross-functional teammates to ensure product information is up to date, products are optimised and covey the key messages for the product
  • Monitor review ratings on key lines
  • Work closely with sales and local marketing teams to align on product launches and local plans. 
  • Upload and monitor Brand Store Content
  • Ongoing management of product quality information such as hazmat and shipping information
  • Briefing new assets or change requirements into design team

 

What you will bring: 

  • 2+ years experience in online merchandising at a consumer goods company or agency
  • Experience working with Amazon 1p preferably in more than one marketplace in Europe
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Digital Marketing, Marketing
  • Second language would be an advantage but not required
  • Interest and ability to work, learn, and grow in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high impact environment
  • Be data driven in order to adapt and learn from results
  • Attention to detail and strive to deliver best in class content
  • A “100% on” consumer-first perspective when it comes to customer experience on Amazon
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Ability to be a team player as well as work independently
