Responsibilities & Expectations
Primary responsibilities (daily/weekly):
Identify net new opportunities for Mail Top of Message campaigns based on high value brands or categories, unmonetized audiences, internal/external partner requests, or new capabilities.
Manage campaign operations, including gathering inputs, setting up campaigns within the Commerce Delivery System, launching and pausing campaigns as necessary, while maintaining trackers.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to evaluate and execute on campaign opportunities. Will include ongoing communication to gather data, report back on performance, and collaborate on updates.
Manage weekly campaign performance reporting, gathering data from multiple sources and consolidating into a central, shareable report. Includes analyzing and understanding performance drivers.
Strategize and execute iterative tests based on performance drivers to optimize the full funnel.
Partner with Yahoo Mail team to leverage learnings and new features, as well as ensure a cohesive Top of Message strategy.

Candidate Profile
Must-have skills/qualifications (technical, soft skills, certifications, tools):
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis, with a preference for candidates experienced in using Looker.
Experience managing paid traffic campaigns.
Fundamental knowledge and practical experience in conducting A/B testing.
Demonstrated expertise in affiliate marketing and understanding of funnel dynamics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ideal experience level (years, leadership, industries):
At least 2 years of experience in a related role

The compensation for this position ranges from $76,500.00 - $159,375.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
