Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions using your expertise in Enterprise Architecture Framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using your expertise in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure that all applications are designed and developed in compliance with industry standards and best practices, including security, scalability, and maintainability. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in enterprise application development, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and Cloud technologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and application development best practices. - Experience with designing and developing enterprise-level applications using Java, .NET, or other programming languages. - Experience with database design and development, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
