Job Description

LevNA Omnichannel Sr. Specialist

The LevNA Omni-Channel Sr. Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive omnichannel strategy within the LevNA cluster, ensuring seamless customer interactions across all channels. This role involves overseeing the centralized marketing model and acting as the primary liaison between the LevNA and EEMEA region to ensure alignment and share best practices. The Strategy Lead will manage performance monitoring, customer experience enhancement, and stakeholder engagement, driving business growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. This position requires strong leadership, cross-regional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to optimize the omnichannel strategy.

The successful candidate should be energized by an environment that is constantly changing and transforming, with a sense of urgency to solve problems while simultaneously being able to prioritize and drive more strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Oversee and manage local and regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with Brand and Customer Managers/Marketing teams.
  • Strategy Development: Craft, plan, and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, leveraging market opportunities, value propositions, and business strategies.
  • Agency Coordination: Work closely with external agencies, including budget management, to maximize value and ensure top-quality campaign delivery.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, test new solutions, and optimize performance.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to measure the impact of marketing programs on the business.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for new strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, data protection, and company policies in all marketing activities.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated record of working with cross functional team and regional team
  • Transformational and innovative mindset
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
