Job Description
The HR Recruiting Associate II assists in the searches for entry level positions by managing the recruiting process including the hiring strategy, sourcing approach and client relationships. They are responsible for maintaining accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment lifecycle. They also provide role/area specific solutions from knowledge and experience in client business area.Join our Team as an TA Operations Associate and help drive efficiency while making an impact! In this role, you’ll focus on candidate experience, managing pre-hire documentation and background check processes, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with vendors.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate pre-hire paperwork process for new employees.
Track and ensure all required documents are completed and submitted on time.
Serve as the first point of contact for new hire, providing guidance on paperwork and addressing any questions or concerns.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless pre-onboarding experience.
Facilitate background checks for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Identify and flag potential delays or issues, escalating them as needed.
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
A minimum 1 years of experience in HR administration, operations, or client coordination.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
Experience with Workday (preferred) or other Applicant Tracking Systems or onboarding software’s.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Commitment to accuracy in documentation and compliance.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Tools.
