The Senior Manager, Global Brand Portal – Canada drives the expansion and success of the Global Brand Portal in Canada, championing unified brand protection standards and powerful IP governance. You’ll turn regional insights, legal needs, and marketplace dynamics into strategic direction that shapes our global roadmap. Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and rights owners, you’ll streamline IP claim processes, elevate user experience, and resolve brand protection challenges. You’ll also build the monitoring and control systems that strengthen trust, consistency, and impact across all markets we serve.
What you'll do...
- Serve as the key liaison between the Global Brand Portal team and regional stakeholders in Canada to support the implementation and success of Global Brand Portal
- Lead efforts to unify Brand Portal policies, IP standards, and governance frameworks across markets
- Translate regional brand protection needs, legal requirements, and market dynamics into actionable insights that inform Global Brand Portal roadmap decisions
- Engage with rights owners in Canada to address brand protection concerns and enhance user experience
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align IP claim processes and enforcement mechanisms with both US and local standards
- Define and operationalize standardized monitoring and control mechanisms across regions
What you'll bring... - 3–5+ years of experience in intellectual property (IP) enforcement, brand protection, or compliance operations ideally within an e-commerce or digital marketplace environment.
- Solid understanding of intellectual property enforcement frameworks, with knowledge of Canadian IP law preferred.
- Proven experience working on cross-border or global projects, especially involving multiple markets or legal jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across international teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
