This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are executed efficiently, meeting quality standards and budgetary constraints. Additionally, the role involves organizing resources and managing multiple engineering or construction initiatives to deliver successful outcomes within established timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
--Perform end-to-end migration activities from XPDM to the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DEX) platform.
-Design, develop, and customize solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE development frameworks and JPO (Java Program Objects).
-Configure XPDM and execute complex data migration processes to 3DEXPERIENCE.
-Develop, enhance, and maintain TCL scripts for automation and operational activities.
-Implement and consume Web Services (REST/SOAP) for migration and system integration approaches.
-Utilize Talend for ETL, data transformation, and large-scale data migration activities as part of the PLM migration strategy.
-Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to migration, customization, and integrations.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and business stakeholders) to ensure smooth migration, validation, and system integration.-
-Ensure adherence to PLM best practices, data integrity, and performance standards throughout migration activities.
Professional & Technical Skills
-Must-Have Skills
1.Strong proficiency in Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA customization.
2.Extensive hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DEX) platform.
Proven experience in XPDM and 3DEXPERIENCE data migration activities.
3.Development experience with JPO (Java Program Objects).
Hands-on experience with TCL scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
4.Mandatory experience with Talend for ETL, data transformation, and migration processes.
5.Experience in Web Services (REST/SOAP)–based migration and system integration.
6.Strong understanding of PLM concepts, ENOVIA architecture, and data models.
7.Practical experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Data Migration, XPDM, Web Services, TCL, and Talend.
--Preferred Skills
1.Dassault Syst mes certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
2.Experience working in large-scale PLM transformation or migration programs.
3.Exposure to performance optimization and data validation strategies during PLM migrations.
Additional Information
-The candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DEX) platform.
-This position is based at the Pune office.
-15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
