This Position reports to:

Chapter Leader eCom Ecosystem & Strategy


 

Your role and responsibilities

  • Support daily platform operations, including customer registration, onboarding, license activation, renewals, invoicing, payments, and issue resolution.

  • Support the transition to the subscription and license platform integrated with EasyOrder (ABB’s e-commerce application for selling hardware), including payment flows, SAP connectivity, license management, and end-to-end workflow testing.

  • Maintain accurate product data, pricing, translations, and documentation for ABB’s digital offerings.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track adoption, usage, and lifecycle performance.

  • Gather, clarify, and document China-specific requirements, and support coordination with Product and IS teams.

  • Participate in testing cycles, release validation, and hypercare to ensure high-quality deployments.

  • Contribute to the onboarding of ABB digital services and provide training to ABB teams and partners on platform workflows.

  • Perform ITGC monthly compliance checks, maintain audit-ready documentation, support GRCM and Internal Audit, and coordinate basic support for ABB low-voltage digital products.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital platform operations, e-commerce, subscription/software services, or customer-facing digital roles.

  • Hands-on experience supporting day-to-day platform operations, including customer support, onboarding, reporting, and issue resolution.

  • Working knowledge of digital platforms and system integrations (e.g. SAP, ordering platforms, APIs) to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

  • Experience operating in agile delivery environments, supporting prioritization, planning, and iterative releases.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs and user feedback into clear, actionable inputs.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
