Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quick and smooth services to our customers in Hong Kong
  • Arrange transportation reservations ranging from Limousine, Ferry and Helicopter services for VIP guests
  • Act as a key contact point between the MGM Operation and HK guests
  • Ensure all reservations are handled professionally and accurately
  • To maintain a good environment to customers and ensure the area is neat and tidy
  • Meet and Greet VIP guests as they arrive or depart from the HK Shun Tak Centre, assist with luggage when necessary
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to the regulatory, departmental and company policies
  • Handle complaints and emergencies case
  • Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to MGM Macau and assists others to do the same
  • Perform other job related duties

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar Customer Service role
  • Excellent understanding of the market and customers being served
  • High School Graduate or above. University Degree desirable
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Computer skills required
  • Strong Negotiation skills 
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. Able to teach such skills to co-workers
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
