Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quick and smooth services to our customers in Hong Kong
- Arrange transportation reservations ranging from Limousine, Ferry and Helicopter services for VIP guests
- Act as a key contact point between the MGM Operation and HK guests
- Ensure all reservations are handled professionally and accurately
- To maintain a good environment to customers and ensure the area is neat and tidy
- Meet and Greet VIP guests as they arrive or depart from the HK Shun Tak Centre, assist with luggage when necessary
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to the regulatory, departmental and company policies
- Handle complaints and emergencies case
- Perform duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to MGM Macau and assists others to do the same
- Perform other job related duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar Customer Service role
- Excellent understanding of the market and customers being served
- High School Graduate or above. University Degree desirable
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Computer skills required
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. Able to teach such skills to co-workers
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
