We’re looking for a Client Solution Platform Architect in Umeå to join our team. In this team, we are in the forefront of collaborating with our clients when it comes to establishing premier market solutions for trading and post-trade systems. We are a diversified team with colleagues who have several decades of experience and competencies, and are looking for an additional member to strengthen the team with your own outstanding touch. In this role you will work with providing architect solutions built for purpose to our clients, as well as collaborate with both engineering and clients to create an understanding of all aspects for them to make decisions based on your support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of solution architecture and provide solutions built for purpose to our clients

  • Work closely with engineering and clients to present functions and technical aspects of our solution for them to make educated decisions.

  • Identify, manage and document both functional and non-functional aspects.

  • Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute with your experience by supporting the team in different projects.

What You'll bring:

  • Proven experience including several years as a software engineer or architect.

  • Confirmed experience crafting IT architecture solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Strong ability in technical planning, architecture development, and specification review.

  • Skilled in leading multi-functional teams and collaborating with clients on architecture strategy.

  • Ability to ensure product/service compatibility across technologies for integrated solutions.

  • Experience in defining system requirements and analyzing complex systems.

  • Effective communicator, able to present technical concepts clearly to both internal and external partners.

Nice to have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Podman, Kubernetes).

  • Background in building enterprise-grade, high-availability solutions across On-Prem, Hybrid, or Cloud environments.

  • Solid understanding of distributed system architectures.

This position will be located in the city enter of Umeå, Sweden and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
