REQUIREMENTS:

*Must be willing to work in all four of our locations including Myrtle Beach, Conway, Loris and Murrells Inlet

*2-years of recent experience working in a medical front office environment preferred.

This position is responsible for the scheduling and Registrar duties of a busy private medical practice. Candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance policies. Strong work ethic striving for 95% accuracy and commitment to patient confidentiality. Travel to multiple locations will be required.

  • Greets and directs patients and visitors
  • Responds timely and efficiently to incoming calls
  • Schedules patient appointments
  • Registers patients
  • Verifies insurance
  • Collects and posts payments
  • Balances cash draw and prepares deposit at end of day
  • General clerical functions, copying, scanning and filing documents
  • Excellent communications skills via phone and in person
  • Presents a professional image in both voice and appearance
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Weekend work and travel to other locations required

Candidate must have excellent computer skills, experience with EHR, be able to multi-task and have great people skills. Travel to multiple locations required.
