The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation is focused on "beating heart" therapies for hospitals. Post-cardiac arrest, STEMI heart attack, and severe fever are some of the applications of ZOLL's unique devices. Fully integrated, ZOLL Circulation researches, develops, manufactures, and sells novel technologies includes ZOLL Temperature Management Solutions. Temperature Management Solutions empower physicians to "prescribe" a temperature and achieve it.

Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist, EMEA

Job Type (Onsite, Hybrid, Remote): Remote - Field base position with up to 40-60% travel

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to advise and support Health Care Professionals in hospitals. To generate business for ACT/Temperature Management Solutions and support its commercial development.

Essential Job Function

• Give technical and scientific presentations using current study knowledge
• Actively participate in internal and external training courses and meetings
• Organisation an implementation of round table discussions and workshops
• Provide IVTM and Surface temperature management therapy education to the physician specialists, advanced practice providers and medical practice personnel with the goal of increasing therapy awareness. Facilitate meetings with new sites on a monthly basis
• Participates in customer/society education meetings and conventions
• Support the area/sales manager and work closely with other departments
• Support customers in complaint management in compliance with ZOLL´s own guidelines
• A true relationship builder and capable to follow up within a timely fashion when needed.

Build & Maintain Relationships

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with Customers in your sales region
• Promote temperature management products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians. Meet with a variety of physicians and other hospital personnel to determine customers’ needs, goals, product usage, and types of cases handled.
• Set a professional example in alignment with ZOLL’s Leadership Qualities.
• Contribute to the development of a strong team effort

Required / Preferred Education and Experience:

• Complete training for DGKS/P (preferably worked in ICU)
• 2+ years clinical or sales experience
• Experience with resuscitation or post cardiac arrest, neurology, fever management (TTM)
• Medical device representative
• Understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel.
• Fluency in English mandatory. Arabic or French language skills would be advantageous
