Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison between various stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet business requirements. The engineer actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of application components, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration flows within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and middleware solutions.
- Experience working with various data formats and protocols to enable seamless system communication.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
