What will you do? 

As the Senior Facility and Operations Manager you will manage team of office and facility and IT administrators, coordinators and  reception. You will also:

• Manage, execute and implement health, safety programs and policies.

• Manage, execute and implement security programs and policies.
• Coordinate and manage 3rd parties, suppliers, partners.
• Communicate and coordinate with enterprise teams and policies.

This position works directly with Slovakia based engineering leadership and Cat Digital IT in the US.

What you have:

Background and experience:

• Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
• Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
• Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
• Facilities Management: Knowledge of safety measures for physical facilities; ability to maintain, care for and develop commercial and physical facilities.
• Emergency Management: Knowledge of emergency management tools and techniques in a manufacturing organization; ability to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from an emergency.
• Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.
