Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Your role involves overseeing the technical aspects of application delivery, troubleshooting challenges, and aligning solutions with business needs. You actively engage with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and maintain high standards of quality and performance in the software products you help create.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and configuring data models and reports within analytics platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration and application performance.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development and configuration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
