The Reconciliation & Proofing Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

  • Business analysis, requirements facilitation, business process mapping leveraging one of the existing common methodologies and tools in Trustee

  • Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation

  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of applications use in power user model in Trustee

  • Supporting the business with unusual/non-standard situations demanding broad operational knowledge and experience

  • Critical Thinking by logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

  • Analysis, identification and reporting of gaps and risks within the processes

  • Active collaboration with the internal partners and external clients with regards to the projects ran in Trustee

  • Regular providing status of projects & initiatives progress, next steps, accomplishments or escalation issues

Key skills and experience:

  • Min. 4 years of the experience in developer/power user/application support/business analysis role is a must.

  • Process modelling & automation will be advantage

  • Advanced level of English language

  • Experience with designing new tools, application maintenance or business process mapping

  • Experience in compliance monitoring business support function will be advantage

  • Previous experience in CRIMS, RPA, ETL, Appian, Xceptor will be a strong advantage

  • Supporting skills development and knowledge sharing of other team members

  • Critical Thinking by logic and reasoning usage to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

  • Expert in VBA EXCEL, VBA MS ACCESS, SQL, C#,VB.Net, Alternatively expert in currently utilized ETL or in SQL will be strong advantage

  • Ability to review, discuss, set direction for IT units to recognize the business needs appropriately to enable strategic development aligned with appropriate technology in line with modern market solutions

  • Ability to recognize and interpret the impact of changes in IT world on the Fiduciary business

  • Continuous monitoring of IT market trends and new technologies
