​DWR Veterinary Specialists are hiring a Client Care Advisor to join their team! This is a busy role, working alternating weeks of 8am-4pm and 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 1 weekend every 4 weeks.

Main Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
• Communicating directly with our vets, physiotherapists and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients
• Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
• Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice
• Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
• Close collaboration with our Case Management Team regarding client accounts
• Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
