We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and data engineering. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge AI systems, leveraging frameworks like LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and graph-based techniques to create innovative knowledge systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of AI-driven solutions.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong experience with LangGraph or similar frameworks for LLM-based applications.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG techniques and/or graph-based knowledge systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of NLP techniques, including text preprocessing, embeddings, and transformer-based models.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Proficiency with REST API development with pythong (Flask, Django, FastAPI)

Data Engineering

  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, ETL workflows, and working with structured/unstructured data.

AI Workflow Design

  • Deep understanding of AI agent workflows and multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning, reasoning systems, or similar AI paradigms.

Problem-Solving and Innovation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on pragmatic, impactful solutions.
  • Ability to experiment with and implement novel AI techniques.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or ontology-based systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, pg_vector, or Milvus).
  • Prior experience in building production-grade AI systems.
  • Advanced understanding of transformer-based NLP models like BERT, GPT, or T5.
