Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Develop sales performance report / analysis on a monthly basis for all sales job families under PFS.
  • Coordinate, develop and communicate all sales/product budget allocation with respective stakeholders and management team.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to collect various data contributing to KRA/productivity measure.
  • Perform report generation enhancement to automate and shorten the production time, via both Excel and data system.
  • Manage all assigned tasks using detailed work plans to ensure smooth submission of agreed deliverables.
  • Monitor, measure and analyses key performance related items using the right MIS/measurement indicators/tools
  • Communicate work progress to all relevant stakeholders and escalate issues, where necessary and required

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

  • Willing to be groomed into a Team Leader role.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

  • Responsibility to our franchise – put HLB’s long term interests first in all work agenda
  • Respect the HLB culture and take an active role in the HLB community
  • Provide superior results for our shareholders

Jobholder Requirements

Education/Qualification

  • Graduate with Degree preferably in Actuarial Science, Statistics or Finance
  • Strong analytical & presentation skills Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Powerpoint and Word (intermediate level)
  • Highly analytical skills (reporting, simulation, forecasting, etc) and technical Knowledge of Teradata SQL and Macro
  • Knowledge and experience in database management Good written and oral command in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years in business performance/analytical role
  • Strong performance & experience in business performance
  • Proven track record

Special Skills

  • Proficiency with Visual Basics Applications (VBA),
  • Macro as well as extension features like Power Query and Power Pivot
  • Experience is dashboard creation is an added advantage Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Understanding of operational processes, regulatory and compliance requirements is an added advantage
