About the Role

At Gen, our mission is to create technology solutions for people to make the most of the digital world – safely, privately, and confidently. The Senior Program Manager’s mission is to plan, manage, and execute multiple project initiatives that create and sustain comprehensive solutions to deliver Gen product through partnerships. These deliverables are managed from initiation to project close-out to ensure the quality of deliverables and timely completion. The Program Manager provides leadership and communication across business functional areas, leveraging best practices to drive operational efficiencies and continual improvement of Program Management processes. This role ensures projects align with the business strategy and deliver on time, boosting productivity and scalability while improving profitability.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Lead large, complex, enterprise-wide projects through all project lifecycle phases.

  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Meet project goals while adhering to established project methodology and governance standards and procedures.

  • Establish and maintain relationships and communications at all levels of the organization and across all regions.

  • Support senior executives across business lines in strategic analysis, project scoping and approach definition.

  • Plan and facilitate team meetings, working sessions and communicate output of such.

  • Identification of risks, and development/facilitation of risk mitigation actions.

  • Development and facilitation of change management plans/actions.

  • Be the liaison between business, technical, and other project teams.

  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding project status.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of relevant work experience

  • Demonstrated experience working with matrixed and virtual teams.

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.

  • Proven IT project management experience and demonstrated leadership skills, including planning, scheduling, workload forecasting, budgeting and proposal development.

  • Must demonstrate strong judgment/decision-making skills and have exceptional business acumen.

  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, analysis and process improvement.

  • Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization.

  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.
