This position can be located in New York, Philadelphia or Chicago and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Drive Sales & Growth: Lead and prioritize sales, retention, and marketing initiatives for Nasdaq-100 Index® Options (NDX & XND), targeting new and existing clients.
Develop & Execute Strategies: Guide short- and long-term sales plans, foster relationships, and identify new business opportunities through direct client engagement and industry events.
Collaborate & Align: Partner with senior management, brokerage firms, and strategic leaders to align client needs with product strategies and support sustained growth.
Integrate & Promote Products: Coordinate product implementation, communication, and integration into brokerage offerings, while expanding awareness among institutional and retail firms.
Represent Nasdaq: Attend and participate in conferences, panels, and industry events to deepen market presence and strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales
10+ years of sales environment in the financial markets

The base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $215,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
