We are looking for a dynamic individual with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude to join our Security team, reporting to the Senior Information Security Manager. 

The CyberSecurity Analyst is expected to: 

Project & Ticket Management:
·       Oversee project and incoming ticket management workflows using Jira
·       Prioritize and assign tickets to the appropriate team members
·       Proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to unblock stalled tickets
Security Communications:
·       Act as an additional point of contact for questions to the Security Team
·       Actively monitor the Security Team inbox
·       Respond promptly to security-related inquiries, incidents, and alerts
·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues effectively
·       Take detailed meeting notes as needed, capturing key points and action items
·       Keep internal and external security document repositories synchronized
Vendor Review & Compliance Support
·       Conduct security assessments of vendors and their products using an established approval workflow, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards
·       Support compliance efforts for assessments and questionnaires
·       Coordinate with teams to collect and maintain evidence as required e.g., SOC2, HECVAT, SIG
Process Documentation:
·       Create and/or maintain documentation of security procedures, incident response protocols, and best practices
·       Participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation 

Qualifications:
·       Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
·       Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team
·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
·       Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking, approaching challenges with a hands-on, yet practical mindset
·       General understanding of digital forensics, the incident response process, and security concepts (e.g., access controls, incident response)
·       Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and experience in gathering and organizing audit evidence is beneficial
·       Interest in writing blog entries, social media articles, and examples for Cybersecurity Awareness Month (October)
·       Bi-lingual skills are an asset but not required
