Description -
As a Project Manager with over 15+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within Field and channel organization. The role will be vital in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle and timely completion of the projects aligned to the F&C OKRs.
Key Responsibilities: (Key Responsibilities: (Primary Skills) and PMP or any other project management skills must)
Project Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Project Execution: Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled and team members are on track to meet deadlines. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during project implementation.
Stakeholder Communication: Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, clients, and team members to provide project updates, address concerns, and maintain a positive working relationship throughout the project.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management methodologies within the organization.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Ensure that project data is well-organized and easily accessible.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them effectively. Regularly review and assess risk factors to adapt strategies as needed.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with the project scope and client requirements. Conduct thorough testing and verification procedures to guarantee successful project outcomes.
Change Management: Oversee project changes and evaluate their potential impact on scope, schedule, and budget. Implement change control processes to manage adjustments effectively.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support for individual development. Recognize and reward outstanding contributions to maintain team morale.
Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, considering team members' skills and availability, to optimize project outcomes. Oversee resource utilization and workload distribution.
Budget Control: Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints while delivering high-quality results. Implement cost-saving measures where possible without compromising project objectives.
