LOCATION: Madrid

The role:

Reporting to the Trade Head, she/he will be given the tools and autonomy to prepare bids and Tenders, manage the overall tender response process, and respond to all related internal and external enquiries. In charge of planning the tenders from the beginning in the assigned areas: segmentation, evaluation of dynamics, where to play.

This role involves coordination with internal and external stakeholders, digital bid documentation management through internal tools and platforms, and participation in tender planning and responses using integrated digital workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts product analysis and cross-references to identify optimal tender submissions.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to prepare high-quality, timely tender responses and proposal documentation. Manages tender database, logging all bid information and technical requirements.
• Coordinates the interactions of the company and any subsequent business negotiations with the tendering authorities, members of technical committee and administrative staff.
• Provides technical support and assistance to field teams as it relates to the tender process. Perform self and team review of all work prior to submission to determine if information has been compiled effectively and appropriately.
• Manages standard documentation repositories and assures information is correct and updated.
• Maintains and updates standard documentation repositories with accurate, accessible information.
• Engage with customers to clarify specifications, verify requirements, and gather intelligence on upcoming tenders.

Knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor´s in law degree/master.
• 1-3 years of experience in tenders, procurement in similar environments.
• Experience in public tender processes is highly valued.
• Able to interpret legal and technical requirements and their commercial impact and seek appropriate guidance when necessary. Able to interpret Spanish contract law (self- learning capability).
• Legal interpretation will be key for success in this role.
