Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve analyzing system performance, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, enabling you to implement effective solutions that enhance system reliability and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business applications and ensuring that they meet organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system performance and reliability. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in application support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of network protocols and storage technologies. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex application environments. - Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for system enhancements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
