The Role
The Implementation Project Manager (PM) for Emerging Products at Fidelity will act as the primary interface between the client and all internal groups related implementations and new service additions. The PM is ultimately accountable for leading multiple client implementations for projects including, but not limited to, Student Loan Employer Contributions (SDEC), Health Savings Account (HSA), Workplace Giving (WG) and Single Sign-on (SSO).

The Fidelity Emerging Products Implementation team is responsible for implementing exciting new benefit opportunities to Fidelity clients. Healthcare Savings and Student Debt are significant challenges for all Americans. These, and other emerging products are expected to grow quickly in the coming years. It’s critical that we create a scalable implementation model to onboard clients quickly, without sacrificing customer service. To that end, we collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop new service offerings, refine process and procedures, and drive new innovation to ensure Fidelity’s leadership position in the market. Key stakeholders include Product Development, Personal Investing, Operations, Health & Welfare, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and of course, our new and existing clients.
