As a Data & Orchestration Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Global Logistics Control Tower. You will work closely with our Digital teams and the COE Analytics team to define requirements, structure the Control Tower tools, and ensure alignment with business needs. You will lead the orchestration activities, including managing personas’ interactions with the Control Tower, monitoring and escalating alerts, and supporting decision-making during operations or crisis situations. Your contribution will help turn data into action and ensure timely impactful responses across our operational, tactical and strategic layers.

Main responsibilities:

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

•          Guide and prioritize effort for Digital and Analytics to support the design and evolution of KPI dashboards and performance monitoring tools

•          Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Control Tower systems

•          Support root cause analyses of performance deviations and coordinate resolution with business owners

•          Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by transforming data into actionable insights

•          Support Logistics teams to prepare performance reviews based on data-driven insights (internally and with 3rd parties: 3PLs, LLPs)

•          Monitor usage and relevance of dashboards and alerts, proposing evolutions to maintain user-centric value

•          Collaborate with Digital and Analytics to support the design and evolution of KPI dashboards and performance monitoring tools

•          Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Control Tower systems

•          Support root cause analyses of performance deviations and coordinate resolution with business owners

•          Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by transforming data into actionable insights

•          Support Logistics teams to prepare performance reviews based on data-driven insights (internally and with 3rd parties: 3PLs, LLPs)

Orchestration and Alert Management

•          Orchestrate between personas and the Control Tower platform

•          Manage the alert lifecycle: ensure timely triage, escalation, coordination of resolution actions and feedback loops

•          Facilitate persona engagement: organize regular syncs, follow-up on alert resolution, ensure ownership and accountability

•          Coordinate control tower run governance: animate control tower pulse meetings

•          Collaborate with COE and Digital to align personas’ needs with the technical roadmap

Stakeholder Management & Communication

•          Drive cross-functional (global/local) governance meetings to capture evolving requirements

•          Translate analytical outputs into business insights for non-technical audiences

•          Mentor junior team members

•          Co-create communication materials and dashboards with analytics teams

•          Animate user communities and drive adoption through enablement (e.g. playbooks, user guides, onboarding kits)

Crisis Management & Risk Mitigation

•          Coordinate alert-based crisis response, ensuring the right personas are informed and actions are tracked

•          Support implementation of early warning systems in collaboration with analytics and digital

•          Ensure the escalation path is respected and documented in major disruption scenarios

Innovation, Tools & Best Practices

•          Keep up with trends in logistics analytics and orchestration practices

•          Actively contribute to Control Tower tool evolution: propose improvements based on user feedback

•          Support pilot initiatives related to new orchestration or alerting approaches

•          Champion simplification and user-centric enhancements

About you

Education

•          Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field

•          Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is highly preferred

•          Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Experience

•          7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, with at least 3 years in a senior role

•          Proven track record in implementing data-driven solutions in a global supply chain environment

Technical Skills

•          Proven experience designing and using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and data analysis techniques

•          Experience in understanding and leveraging predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and trend forecasting

Business Acumen

•          Solid understanding of global supply chain and logistics operations

•          Hands-on experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance monitoring frameworks

•          Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions

Soft Skills

•          Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

•          Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

•          Experience presenting to senior leadership

•          Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

•          Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence

•          Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Preferred Skills/Expertise/Experience

•          Prior experience in a Logistics Control Tower or Supply Chain continuous improvement role

•          Familiarity with data warehousing solutions, preferably Snowflake and cloud-based data solutions and integration with logistics platforms

•          Familiarity with supply chain systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP)

•          Knowledge of agile methodologies and change management principles

•          Knowledge of sustainability in supply chain performance

Language(s):

  • Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment

The salary range for this position is :€59 600,00 - €89 400,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
