What You Will Do


As a Regional Channel Sales Manager,  you inspire leading  geospatial and construction channels partners to work smarter with Trimble RTX based technology and VRS Now correction services. You will enjoy being a key member of a spirited, multi-functional team focused on Central and Eastern Europe. Using your enthusiasm and focus you will drive new business and acquire new logos. Your sales and account management skills combined with your collaborative approach to people will advocate our innovative technology and digital services business to help make our Field Systems customer’s work life safer, more efficient, environmentally sustainable and successful. Opportunities to contribute: 

  • Maintain current subscriptions at a high level. Accompany our distribution network in the relationship with end users
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities for continued scalable business growth
  • Accurate to provide a good forecast and to track the revenue
  • Nurture, cultivate, and grow our distribution channel and customer base
  • Establish and maintain a dynamic presence within our communities, in person and through social media
  • Collaborate across Trimble teams to build relationships and present winning solutions for client’s customers


What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Sales experience,  at least 3 years in Survey or Geospatial or civil construction industry  
  • Technical background in positioning (GNSS technology and its applications)
  • Enjoy discovering new sales opportunities, to close and to win new customers
  • A passion for interacting at all levels in a corporate organisation
  • Ability to build long term, professional relationships
  • Creative in use of social media to promote solutions and programs
  • Fluent English and German language skills. Polish language skills are a plus
  • Ability to travel extensively


About Your Location
Supporting Central and Eastern Europe, ideally you would be based in Germany (preferably in the Munich area) or Poland. You will liaise regularly with international customers and colleagues which will require travel and remote work.
