Join our HR team at NXP Semiconductors Austria as an Intern and take your first steps into the world of HR in an international and diverse environment.

 

As part of our team, you will:

• Learn about the entire employee life cycle within an international HR environment — from onboarding to exit

• Support administrative tasks in the areas of HR administration and payroll

• Maintain and update employee data in our digital personnel files and HR systems such as Workday

• Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of HR processes

• Assist with evaluations, documentation, and reporting

• Support various HR projects

 

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is currently enrolled in university studies (e.g., Business, Law, Human Resources, or similar fields)

• Has an interest in digitalization, automation, and modern HR tools

• Is eager to learn and contribute

• Works in a precise, structured, and independent manner

• Has excellent German and very good English skills

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
