Location: Sault Ste. Marie
Duration: Summer (May – August 2026)

Type: Student Full Time

Range: $18.50 - $28.50

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to be accountable for the delivery of small to medium sized projects and supports large scale projects. The role monitors T project plans, schedules, and delivers project assets to ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Additionally, the role will support the department with administrative and coordination activities related to digital communications and CX.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Sr Manager Planning & Campaign Delivery, you will be empowered to:

  • Assist with digital projects from inception to deployment

  • Assist in reviewing all creative and development updates prior to stakeholder approvals.

  • Assist in project specific adaptation of pre-existing communication & production schedules of assigned digital projects to ensure timely communication with Stakeholders in the event of any delay.

  • Manage digital communication processes with internal stakeholders for assigned tasks such as FLS team for all translations, Legal, AODA, Privacy and RG teams for approvals to keep content execution on-time for deliverables for assigned projects or in support of the Campaign Delivery Manager.

  • Actively manage, communicate and action any risks and issues with CDMs and Stakeholders.  Work with project teams to assess project risks/issues and develop solutions/mitigate where applicable.

  • Build and manage relationships with multiple teams in order to effectively manage day-to-day activities, undertake project tasks as required to support the team.

  • Assists in backing up Campaign Delivery Managers in their absence(s) by executing project plans as defined by the CDM with support as needed by Sr Manager.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in any discipline (Project Management, Marketing Management, Corporate Communications, Digital Communications, Business Administration)

  • An aptitude for learning on the job

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use critical thinking to inform effective decision making

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment that requires comfort with ambiguity

  • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite considered an asset
