Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a highly experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate all logistics activities related to site works. This role involves managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and personnel across multiple sites while ensuring seamless coordination between contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in logistics management, with strong skills in site coordination and supply chain optimization.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to support site operations and project schedules.

• Coordinate the timely delivery, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and tools across multiple site locations.

• Manage inventory control, warehouse operations, and transportation resources.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics between the project sites, contractors, and suppliers.

• Liaise closely with construction, procurement, and engineering teams to align logistics support with project milestones.

• Monitor site conditions and constraints to optimize material flow and minimize delays.

• Oversee subcontractors and third-party logistics service providers to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Manage contracts, service level agreements, and performance monitoring of logistics vendors.

• Ensure all logistics operations comply with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.

• Promote safe handling, storage, and transportation practices on-site.

• Maintain accurate logistics records, including delivery schedules, inventory logs, and equipment tracking.

• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, issues, and mitigation plans for project management.

What Required Skills You'll Bring;

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics management

• Proven experience managing logistics in multi-site environments

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation planning.

• Proficient in logistics software and ERP systems.

• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex logistics operations under tight timelines.

• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CILT).

• Experience with customs clearance, import/export regulations, and freight forwarding.

• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
