Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. A typical day involves collaborating with various project teams to manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitoring and controlling progress through the deployment plan. You will engage in work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and training, while also overseeing pilots and resource allocation to ensure successful deployment outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize deployment processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis. - Experience in project management methodologies. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
