• Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently in progress)

• Detail-oriented, while maintaining an understanding of the overall project process

• Strong results-driven mindset, especially when interacting with clients and key stakeholders

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities, including the use of past experiences to address current challenges

• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, taking initiative and contributing beyond core responsibilities
