• Undertake product research i.e. features comparison of similar product offered by other banks, new Shariah contract application, etc.
• Assist to coordinate and liaise with other departments i.e. Business Unit (PFS-i, BCB-i, GM-i), Legal, Shariah, Compliance, Business Automation, etc. in establishing the required product features, process, underlying Shariah contract, system, documentations, etc.
• Assist in drafting proposal papers to approving parties i.e. Shariah Committee (SC), Product Risk Approval Committee (PRAC), Board Risk Committee (BRMC), Board of Director (BOD), Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Securities Commission (Sec.Com.), etc.
• Assist in drafting product related documentations i.e. forms, advices, terms and conditions, agreements, etc.
• Assist in drafting launch readiness related items i.e. the standard operating procedures, phone scripts, website write-up, training materials, general circular, etc.
• Assist in ensuring all pre-launch requirement items are in place and in compliance prior to product launch.
• Perform other tasks as and when required in assisting the team with any deliverables.
