Position Summary
The Supervisor role in the Enrollment Operations department, plays a critical role in working with our Medicare Part D and C members to perform enrollment activities related to address changes. Interfacing with individual plan members the position will work in accordance with Center for the Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance. This position requires a strong focus around accurate and timely processing of address change tasks by the enrollment team as well as the system.  In the Enrollment Operations department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Enrollment processors.   You will ensure accurate and timely processing of all enrollment functions.   

Required Qualifications

  • Hybrid work Model 3 days in office require
  • At least 3 years experience

  • Accurately and timely processing of enrollment tasks to ensure members needs are met.

  • Determine opportunities for possible automation to improve timeliness of metrics, and to enhance member experience.

  • Ensure our people, processes, and technology enable our strategy. 
  • Push needed changes to enrollment systems to ensure efficient and accurate processing of enrollment tasks.

Education
High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
