Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales resource optimization exercise to create efficiency and effectiveness

  • Provide robustness to the process of target setting for the sales force and digital channels

  • Transform customer insights into excellence in digital and face to face interactions, in alignment with emerging markets customer Engagement and global franchise marketing strategies

  • Balance global and local expectations to define appropriate deployment plans

  • Contribute to strategic planning process of Center of Excellence and Global Franchise marketing and multichannel campaign plans

  • Ensure proper integration of face-to-face (F2F) and digital channels to provide efficiencies and clear oversight via digital and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytics

  • Enhance integrated and cross functional channel usage capabilities and understanding within Local Operating Company (LOC)

  • Ensure proper content management utilization as well as global content utilization in line with different channel requirements and fragmented customer needs

  • Decide on the data & performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used and reports to develop with Business Intelligence (BI) Team to optimize and implement strategies to improve sales team performance

  • Enhance Veeva CRM system Multi-Channel (MC) Usage and deploy new capabilities and channels in Veeva CRM

  • Investigate and implement new digital areas to meet customer needs like social media, virtual call, etc.

  • Support and collaborate with Business Intelligence in MC analytics KPI definitions and performance tracking systems

  • Create and ensure the implementation of attractive and efficient sales incentive and reward programs that reflect complete alignment with region, organizational vision, strategy and improved business performance

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, commercial effectiveness and/or business intelligence

  • Experience managing diverse cultures

  • Experience leading others

  • Digital marketing and analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA

  • Deep digital knowledge and channel management capability

  • Ability to spot and manage multiple interdependencies and future trends affecting customer engagement

  • Ability to navigate smoothly and influence across a broad range of stakeholders
