We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Frontline Seller to manage and grow medium to large-sized customer accounts. This role focuses on offering technically complex solutions or a broad portfolio of products and services.

The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with customers—typically at the director’s level—to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will have some flexibility adjusting pricing and margins within defined business parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of medium-to-large-sized accounts within an assigned geographic area.

  • Develop deep customer relationships, primarily at director level, to understand strategic needs and business drivers.

  • Offer technically complex or broad solutions, aligning with customer requirements and business goals.

  • Negotiate pricing and margins within established guidelines.

  • Achieve or exceed high sales targets and quotas.

  • Provide ongoing support and service to existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, product, finance) to deliver comprehensive solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years in B2B sales, preferably in technical or solution-based selling.

  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving high sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience selling to director-level stakeholders.

  • Background in industrial, technical, or solution-based sales environments.

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.

  • Self-motivated and results oriented.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $55,000 – 84,000 USD Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
