Summary:
CFO-aligned delivery leader who owns Oracle Fusion ERP outcomes and ensures the technology foundation is scalable, integrated, and audit-ready across the enterprise, envisions and deploys Agent AI and Gen AI solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:
Own Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash outcomes across Fusion Financials.
Lead finance design workshops translate policy, controls, and reporting needs into delivered configuration.
Deliver ERP integrations using OIC partner with HCM/SCM/CX teams on cross-pillar flows.
Enable executive finance analytics in OAC (and FAW/FDI where adopted).
Drive release, cutover, and stabilization with a bias to production quality.

Prerequisite — Agentic AI & GenAI
Apply GenAI to Finance outcomes: close acceleration, variance explanations, exception triage, supplier/invoice inquiry automation, and policy-driven spend compliance—anchored in Fusion Financials and integrated via OIC.
Deploy Finance agents that take actions with controls: create/route cases, compile close checklists, draft journal narratives, recommend remediation paths—always with approval gates and auditability.
Implement RAG for Finance (accounting policies, tax rules, controls, SOPs, contract clauses) with strict access controls via OCI IAM, secrets via OCI Vault, and full observability.
Stand up a production AI stack using OCI Generative AI / Data Science, plus OAC to track working capital impact, exception volumes, and adoption.
Extend patterns across adjacent pillars (HCM/SCM/CX) while maintaining a single, governed AI architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Worked on AI projects and delivered outcomes
15+ years implementing Oracle ERP deep expertise in Fusion Financials and adjacent Procurement/PPM.
Hands-on OIC integration delivery and OCI fundamentals for secure operations.
Strong CXO communication: governance, controls, risk management, and value realization.
Track record taking ERP solutions from design through go-live and hypercare.

Deep: Fusion Financials (GL/AP/AR/Cash/Assets/Expenses/Tax) Procurement (Purchasing/Sourcing) PPM (Project Financials) Risk Management & Compliance (as applicable).
Breadth: OIC VBCS OAC OCI (IAM/Networking/Autonomous DB/Observability) OCI Security (Vault + Cloud Guard/WAF as applicable) FAW/FDI (if offered). Cross-pillar touchpoints across the remaining Fusion pillars (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX).
