About the Role
A Digital Solutions Analyst / Business Analyst to support internal digital initiatives within Premier Agency Development.
Responsibilities:
Digital Solution & Process Improvement
- Analyze existing business processes and identify pain points
- Design and develop internal solutions to improve efficiency, such as: Power Automate workflows / Macros / scripts / Spreadsheets or lightweight applications
- Deliver practical, scalable solutions aligned with business needs
Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform data analysis related to recruitment performance, agency productivity, and operational metrics
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as: Power BI / Databricks
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Act as Business Analyst for agency-facing systems and applications
- Collect, analyze, and document user requirements from business stakeholders
- Facilitate structured and effective requirement gathering workshops
- Produce clear documentation (user requirements, functional specs, process flows)
Delivery, Timeline & Scope Management
- Support project planning, scope control, and timeline management
- Coordinate with IT teams on delivery priorities and dependencies
- Manage expectation alignment between business users and technology teams
UAT & IT Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Work closely with IT to align UAT priorities; validate fixes and enhancements and ensure readiness for rollout
- Support rollout and post-implementation validation
Requirements:
- University graduate major in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience in Business & Data analysis and Digital solutions, process automation
- Ability to work and cooperate with different parties and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with both business users and IT teams
- Coding capability is a must, including Power Automate / VBA / SQL / Python or similar scripting language (Optional)
- Proficient in English and Chinese writing
