What You Will Do

· Manage the operations of the Engine Component Repair Cell and lead a team of up to 30 Technicians.

· Achieve operational targets across eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization and cost efficiency.

· Implement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time.

· Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation and overtime management to optimize operational performance.

· Manage, monitor and report production outputs, sales targets and key operational KPIs.

· Drive employee engagement through effective communication, coaching and performance feedback.

· Support staffing, training and employee development to strengthen team capability and succession readiness.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR and Materials teams to achieve business objectives.

· Lead productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) initiatives to reduce cost, improve quality and shorten cycle time.

· Support and participate in the company's EH&S programs and activities.

· Participate in internal and external audits and inspections as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in production, operations or manufacturing, including experience in a supervisory role.

· Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams to achieve operational and business goals.

· Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.

· Experience using SAP or an equivalent enterprise resource planning system.

· Process and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal, organizational and prioritization skills.

· Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications We Prefer

· Relevant experience within Aerospace, Manufacturing or Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environments.

· Experience leading teams within a production, repair or operational environment.

· Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence or continuous improvement methodologies.

· Experience driving productivity, quality, cost or cycle-time improvement initiatives.

· Familiarity with manufacturing performance metrics and operational KPI management.
