Responsibilities:

  • Drive reporting processes: You take ownership of the monthly closing, forecasting, and planning processes for the Group Function IT, Digitalization & Process Management and continuously enhance and optimize these processes.

  • Provide financial guidance: As the key contact for financial matters, you support the Group Function with in-depth analyses, actionable recommendations, and meaningful management presentations.

  • Create transparency: You analyze monthly cost and headcount developments both within the Group Function and across IT costs in the global business units. In close collaboration with stakeholders, you prepare and present insights tailored to management audiences.

  • Shape controlling processes: You challenge existing processes, contribute innovative ideas, and actively drive the further development and digital enhancement of our IT controlling landscape.

  • Coordinate global allocations: You manage global intercompany cost allocations and work closely with Tax as well as the global Finance community to ensure smooth and compliant processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or related disciplines.

  • Professional experience: Relevant experience in Controlling, ideally within an IT-related environment.

  • Technical expertise: Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP BI or comparable reporting and analytics tools is an advantage.

  • Working style: Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Soft skills: High level of initiative, strong team orientation, and excellent communication skills.

  • Languages: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
