Linklaters seeks an Associate with 2-5 years of experience PQE to join its Milan based team in the Public Law department.

Linklaters is a Global Law Firm that primarily works in the main sectors of business law. Linklaters’ pan-European expertise is long-standing in all fields of regulatory, administrative and environmental law aspects, including Stare ais, public procurement as well as urban planning. Particular  fields of expertise include energy (renewables and emissions trading issues), defence, infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications and real estate. Our specialists are involved in major innovative and complex transactions, advising corporates, commercial banks, public funded entities, local authorities and national governments.

Key requirements

• Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University;
• 2 to 5 years of experience, preferable in Administrative Law, Environmental Law and  Urban Planning matters within a top tier firm;
• Business development and networking attitude and organizational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency level in English;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
