Linklaters is looking for a motivated and talented Associate to join its Public Law team in Milan.

Your responsibilities

You will advise leading Italian and international clients, including corporates, financial institutions, public-funded entities, local authorities and governments, on key public, regulatory and environmental law issues throughout the full life cycle of their projects and transactions. You will be involved in the structuring and negotiation of complex deals with a public law dimension. Working as part of an integrated and truly global practice, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Milan and across our international offices, contributing to multidisciplinary teams on high-profile and innovative matters.

Ideal profile:

  • Master’s degree in Law from an Italian university with excellent academic credentials.
  • Two to four years of post-qualification experience in the Public Law practice of a top-tier law firm.
  • Proven experience on administrative law matters.
  • A strong team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
