As a Service Advisor, you will:
Engage customers enthusiastically, understanding their automotive service needs and providing expert recommendations.
Deliver exceptional service experiences, whether customers opt for paid services or warranty-covered options.
Prepare and document work orders meticulously, ensuring clear communication with technicians.
Handle financial transactions with precision and professionalism.
Address customer concerns with integrity, escalating issues when needed for swift resolution.
Respond promptly to enquiries in-person and over the phone, embodying our commitment to outstanding service.
Exceed customer service expectations, contributing to our dealership's satisfaction goals.
Stay updated with industry knowledge through ongoing training.
Assist in processing warranty claims and ensure smooth workflow in service operations.
Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects our dealership's standards.
Qualifications:
Intermediate to strong knowledge of automotive repair and services.
A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.
Familiarity with Tekion or other automotive work order management systems is an asset.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer concerns gracefully.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
