What you'll do...
What you'll do
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet member and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, and promoting continuous learning and adaptability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans, supporting the Open Door Policy, and guiding associates in applying these principles to business processes.
Deliver member service and reporting by preparing and communicating reports, supporting key business processes, serving as an information resource, and resolving issues through documentation and guidance.
Provide market insights to stakeholders by researching and communicating global marketplace trends, advising on next steps, proposing improvements, and promoting the use of insights to support departmental and leadership decisions.
Manage cross-functional processes to ensure efficiency and compliance by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements; developing training; verifying documentation; and managing key controls and systems.
Handle member requests and data needs by using analytical tools to extract, consolidate, and format data, identifying root causes, and delivering solutions across supported systems.
Analyze and ensure data accuracy by maintaining and evaluating data, comparing it with third-party sources and budgets, researching risks and compliance concerns, and conducting financial and performance analyses.
Provide data-driven insights to support business strategies by evaluating analytical needs, reporting insights consistently, collaborating with partners, and offering expert guidance on best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
