We are seeking a highly motivated and talented professional to participate in our Summer MBA Program. This exclusive program offers a unique opportunity to solve projects, initiatives, and develop innovative solutions within a set period, focusing on areas such as marketing, sales, market access, and other strategic functions. The ideal candidate will have the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where they can apply their critical thinking, strategic skills, and business acumen to tackle complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

Project Development: Plan, execute, and manage strategic projects in marketing, sales, and market access areas, ensuring high-quality results are delivered within established deadlines.

Market Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of market data and trends to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies.

Multifunctional Collaboration: Work closely with multifunctional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure effective execution of initiatives.

Innovation: Present innovative and creative solutions to business challenges, using data-driven insights and approaches.

Leadership: Demonstrate direct and indirect leadership skills, motivating and guiding teams and stakeholders involved in the projects.

Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with all areas of the company, ensuring alignment, support, and continuous engagement.

Requirements:

Education: Currently pursuing an MBA at a recognized institution.

Experience: Previous experience in marketing, sales, or related areas, with a proven track record of success in strategic projects.

Skills: Proven ability in critical and strategic thinking, with strong business acumen and the ability to make informed decisions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Leadership: Experience in direct and indirect leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve common goals.

Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
