RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bridge between GP Taiwan business team and third party vendor for daily operation issues

• Fully understand the new Cloud platform software structure

• Preparing a workflow and diagram using knowledge of programming languages and logic

• Documenting and recording every aspect of application and software

• Analyze, design modifications and changes to existing systems to enhance performance

• Assistant Design efficient Cloud systems to meet business & technical needs

• Review of business/functional requirement documents and help develop technical design documents

• Leading the review and verification for card scheme (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) mandatory regular releases

• Support annual audit and compliance assessment

• Participation in maintenance windows and on-call rotation is required

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Proven work experience as a cloud architect or similar role

• A self-starter with initiative, comfortable working in a high paced FinTech business environment

• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communications skills.

• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to identify, review and prioritize business requirements across multiple user groups

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker containers

• Knowledge of GCP Cloud Platform

• Relational DB, JAVA, JSON

• Knowledge of Payment Card industry security standards is a plus

• Previous experience with technologies and process related to processing of payment cards is advantage

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent degree

• Proficient in at least one scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl, Ruby)

• Proficient in Go, Java, Javascript

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, load balancing, firewalls, HTTP, SSL, DNS, SMTP

• Understanding of security best practices, server/network hardening

• 1-3 years relevant experience

• Working experience in Financial Sector
