What you can expect

As the Global Solutions Leader for Workvivo by Zoom, you are responsible for hiring, enabling and managing a team of solutions engineers. You will partner with global sales leadership to support the achievement of sales and product objectives. This will have you developing an overall strategy for talent management, capacity planning, recruitment and personal development. You will devise and roll out key processes and tools that help the broader Workvivo SE organization. You will also ensure alignment between the global solutions team strategy and that of Workvivo more broadly.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience leading and managing a high performing solutions engineering team.
  • Experience in a fast paced, growth driven organisation, and comfortable dealing with constant change.
  • Experience in SaaS software sales engineering. Specific expertise in Employee Experience, Engagement, Internal Communications and/or Intranet is a bonus.
  • Have leadership experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Have drive, ambition, and a positive attitude.
  • Have a minimum of a decades industry experience, and people management experience.
