Job Description Summary

The Mobility Regional Leader is a senior technical and business leader responsible for driving the Enterprise Mobility agenda across a region.
This role manages the full service lifecycle, partnering with vendors to optimize costs, ensure service quality, and maintain operational stability.
With strong autonomy, the leader makes strategic decisions, supports cross-functional teams, and helps shape mobility direction while managing risk and tradeoffs.
The role also influences and develops distributed teams across countries through mentorship, collaboration, and technical leadership.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Leads complex, enterprise-wide mobility programs and systems across GE Vernova businesses and regions with minimal supervision.

  • Defines strategy, priorities, and solutions for Enterprise Mobility services, addressing ambiguous and emerging challenges.

  • Makes independent technical and business decisions, balancing cost, schedule, quality, and risk with strategic goals.

  • Ensures end-to-end service delivery, governance compliance, operational excellence, and proactive risk mitigation.

  • Acts as a recognized Mobility subject matter expert, guiding teams, leaders, vendors, and suppliers globally.

  • Drives cost savings, continuous improvement, asset lifecycle management, and the evolution of mobility platforms and support services.

  • Mentors distributed teams and contributes directly to GE Vernova’s broader Enterprise Mobility and digital strategy.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management practices.
  • Solid experience in IT expense management, especially in telecom and enterprise mobility solutions.
  • Senior-level expertise in Enterprise Mobility services and operations, including MSP environments and mobility contract negotiation, migration, and implementation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders while managing multiple complex priorities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, mobility devices, platforms, and service management.
  • Broad technical and business understanding, with the ability to align mobility operations to strategic goals while balancing quality, cost, and operational needs.
  • Leadership profile marked by influence, collaboration, customer focus, mentoring, and the ability to bring clarity and results in ambiguous environments.
  • Advanced English knowledge.
